Path to Meet that Luminous Light "Kundali Jagran"





Meditation is Path to Kundali Jagran... there are about 7 kundali chakras in our body Namely:-
1.Muladhar Chakra      (Base Chakra)
2.Svadhishtan Chakra ( Sacral Chakra)
3.Manipurak Chakra    (Solar Plexus Chakra)
4.Anahat Chakra          ( Heart Chakra) 
5.Vishuddha Chakra    (Throat Chakra)
6.Agya Chakra             (Brow Chakra)
7.Sahasrara Chakra     (Crown Chakra) 


We can Activate these chakras with the help of Meditation or Yog
There are different type of yogs are mentioned in the scriptures Like-
 Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga,
 Swara Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Mantra Yoga

1.Yama (Principles)
2.Niyama (Personal Disciplines)
3.Asana (Yoga Positions or Yogic Postures)
4.Pranayama (Yogic Breathing)
5.Pratyahara (Withdrawal of Senses)
6.Dharana (Concentration on Object)
7.Dhyan (Meditation)

Meditation may involve invoking or cultivating a feeling or internal state, such as-compassion, or attending to a specific focal point. The term can refer to the state itself, as well as to practices or techniques employed to cultivate the state.

There are dozens of specific styles of meditation practice; the word meditation may carry different meanings in different contexts. Meditation has been practiced since antiquity as a component of numerous religious traditions.
